Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your subscription or purchase, we offer refunds in accordance with the terms outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for a Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal.
  • You have not used the Service extensively during the refund window (e.g., generated fewer than 3 full courses).
  • You experience a verified technical issue attributable to our platform that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe.
  • You were charged in error (duplicate charge, incorrect amount, etc.).

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for a refund:

  • Purchases older than 14 days from the date of charge.
  • Accounts where substantial use of the Service has occurred (3 or more courses generated, significant learner progress recorded).
  • One-time add-on purchases or credits that have been consumed.
  • Subscription renewals where you did not cancel before the renewal date and have already been given access to the renewed period.
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within the eligibility window:

  • Email us at socialfunnels@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
  • Include your account email address and the reason for your refund request.
  • Optionally, include your order or transaction ID if you have it available.

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Your account access may be revoked upon confirmation of the refund.

Subscription Cancellations

Cancelling your subscription is separate from requesting a refund:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for any already-processed payment.
  • After cancellation, you retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

Exceptions and Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional situations arise. If your circumstances fall outside this policy, please contact us and we will consider your case on an individual basis. We aim to treat all users fairly and resolve issues in good faith.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
